A: We use e-parcel shipping with tracking. Average international delivery time is 2-3 weeks. Items may take longer if held by customs. Time held at borders is beyond our control.
Q: Is Applaudible a drop shipper?
A: Yes. Our products ship from US, China or Australia. Ordered items may arrive at different times, each with their own tracking.
Q: Where does my item ship from?
Your item ships from a fulfilment centre which has stock of the item you purchased. Item availability determines where it ships from.
Q: What if an item has not arrived in the specified time?
A: We ask you be patient as it may be held up at customs. We ask you contact us via email if an item has not yet arrived, 4 weeks after your payment.
If items arrive damaged, please contact us via email within 24 hours of receipt of the item, send photos and description of condition to email@example.com
Should you be unsatisfied when you receive the item (incorrect, damaged, defective, or item not as described), please return it within 7 days to be eligible for replacement. full or partial refund.
Change of mind is not a fair or justifiable reason for return.
Once the item is in your possession more than 7 days, without advising us of an issue, it is considered USED. You will not be eligible for a full refund or replacement directly from Applaudible.
All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging with all contents including manuals. You MUST PROVIDE us with a return tracking number. Give the specific reason for the return, and your order ID.
Should we demonstrate misuse, or original packaged items are missing upon their return. We reserve the right to reject a claim.
Most items have a 12 Month Manufacturers Warranty. If the item fails within the warranty period, return it directly to the manufacturer’s nearest service centre with proof of purchase for replacement or repair.
Misuse, mistreating or using an item for a purpose not designed for voids all warranty. Self Repair/modification will void any warranty.
